Every picnic includes a fully styled setup with low tables, floor seating, cushions, décor, tablescape styling, place settings, cups/plates/silverware, blankets, bug spray/sunscreen, Bluetooth set up, setup, and teardown. You simply show up and enjoy—we handle the details.

Our standard picnic experiences are designed for intimate gatherings 2-10 people but we can accommodate slightly larger groups. Whether it’s a date night for two or a celebration for twenty, we’ll create a custom experience for your event. Inquire for numbers >10 for special availability of theme.

Because your date is reserved exclusively for you, all retainers are non-refundable. Rescheduling: Requests made 14+ days before your event may transfer to a new date at no charge, subject to availability. Requests made within 14 days of your event may be subject to a rescheduling fee. One complimentary reschedule is included for weather-related events. Cancellations: The deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are responsible for the remaining balance, as inventory, planning, and scheduling have already been completed. We understand life happens and will always do our best to work with our clients whenever possible.

Of course. We can customize your picnic experience for families, children’s birthdays, mother-daughter dates, and other family-friendly celebrations.

We can set up at local parks (recommend lake McBride, Coralville reservoir, Kent park, private residences, Airbnb properties, event venues, or other approved locations throughout Eastern Iowa. If you’re unsure of the perfect spot, we’re happy to help with recommendations.

Nope. That’s the best part. Once your event is over, simply gather your belongings and head home. We’ll take care of the cleanup and teardown.

Picnic experiences include up to 2 hours of event time. Additional time can be added based on availability.

The sooner, the better—especially during wedding and event season. We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, though we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute celebrations.

We understand Iowa weather can be unpredictable. If rain, high winds, or unsafe weather conditions are expected, we’ll work with you to find the best solution. Options may include: Moving to a covered or indoor location, Rescheduling to a new available date, Applying your payment as a credit toward a future event. Weather decisions are typically made 24–48 hours before your event to ensure the most accurate forecast.

Yes. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due before your event.
